2015 Tiffin Allegro RED 36QSA
On this Tiffin, we removed and replaced 4x existing house batteries with 2x LiFeBlue 200ah low temp lithium batteries. We installed 6x Zamp ZS170 solar panels w/ rocker mounts, roof combiner box and Victron BlueSolar Smart MPPT 150/85-Tr charge controller. We complimented the system with a Victron BMV-712 Battery Monitor w/ shunt & temp sensor along with Victron Color Screen GX. We interfaced the charge controller and battery monitor with the Victron Color Screen GX for an easy to read experience. We replaced the factory battery combiner/separator with a lithium compatible Cyrix-Li-ct unit to ensure the new battery bank fully charges with shore power input. We re-programmed the factory Magnum inverter for the new house LifeBlue 200ah batteries and this customer was on the way to a fun dry camping experience.
