2017 Winnebago Minnie Plus 27BHSS
For this Winnebago travel trailer, we installed an AM Solar SunRunner Victron 85MPPT/2 Core kit, 5x SF160 Solar Panels w/ Rocker Mounts, roof combiner box, BMV-712 Battery Monitor and Magnum Energy MSH3012M Hybrid Inverter w/ RC-50 Remote Monitor. This install includes a custom CAD designed and locally fabricated powder coated battery box w/ slide on and lockable lid designed for 4x Trojan T-125 Plus batteries. Additional Blue Sea socket-type power ports, a Blue Sea distribution bus bar & cover were added behind the stock radio to allow the customer to add additional 12V devices in the future. We installed a MicroAir Easy Start soft-starter in roof air conditioner unit to ease start-ups on the inverter and when powering with a 2000w generator and finally sealed all roof penetrations using Dicor sealant.
